KING 5 Evening and Kaiser Permanente want to recognize the achievements of outstanding young individuals in an upcoming series called "12 Under 12."
You can help us find these extraordinary youngsters by nominating a child 12 or younger who excels at anything from community service, health & wellness, business or academics.
In 300 words or less, tell us about the young person you think deserves to be recognized. Please include any photos, links, or web sites that support your entry.
